Im Namen des Gemeinderates begrüsst Frau Verena Gertsch anschliessend die Anwesenden des VSPB Bern Gemeinden. Sie heisst uns im ländlichen Emmental willkommen und wünscht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Frau Gertsch stellt uns anschliessend kurz die Gemeinde Langnau vor und erwähnt die regen Vereinstätigkeiten (Erhebungen haben ergeben, dass aus jedem Langnauer Haushalt mindestens ein Mitglieg in einem Verein mitmacht). Mit einem Applaus an Frau Gertsch wird der durch die Gemeinde Langnau gespendete Apéro verdankt.
René Krattiger wird einstimmig als Stimmenzähler gewählt. Das absolute Mehr beträgt 16 Stimmen.

The Annual Report of the President was settled this year's invitation to the AGM to all members. With Acknowledgements by the Vice President of this unanimously and with applause approved of and accepted.
Claudia Brunner explained the 2009 accounts as Treasurer of our section. This concludes with a capital reduction of CHF 174.85.

As senior Auditor is Karin Liechti before the auditors report. It has to Jan Larsson revised the bill and mentioned the clean and proper accounting. Both recommend the Assembly, under Acknowledgements, grant discharge of liability to the Treasurer, the annual accounts for adoption. The bill was approved unanimously and approved.
The 2010 budget provides for no membership fee adjustment an output surplus of CHF 699.50 and is also approved unanimously. The budget to double the members by the growth sections of the city of Biel and law bernois is very difficult to judge. There have yet to have experience to be gained, whether in accordance with the budgeted expenditure and the reality.
The Board of Directors proposes that membership fees for the present one to CHF 160, - to leave for retired - for assets and CHF 90. The Assembly agrees with this proposal unanimously.
The Board proposes Michel Holzer from the former section Jura Bernois as a liaison member to his comrades from the Bernese Jura before other assessors in our section.
Hansruedi Zurbrügg is proposed as a future co-president and representative of the two former sections. Hans Ruedi will in future notify the Bureau Markus Nobs.
The two confirmed unanimously and with great applause.
For the current year, Jan Larsson and Walter piers are deserted as auditors.
Franz Saurugg unanimously elected as a replacement auditor.
The President announced that Claudia Brunner will participate as a future member of ZV at this year's DV. Moreover, presented Urs Hofer available, also participate in the DV. The two are universally accepted.

The five gentlemen were unanimously and with applause as Honorary members included in the section Bern communities.
The next AGM on Saturday 12 March 2011 carried out in the traversal. René Rimaz will take over the organization.
The President informed of the first meeting of the newly established parliamentary "Commission for police and security issues," which have participated in 11 national councils and 2 Councillors this week at the Kultur Casino Bern. In the April issue of "police" the relevant articles will be found on this meeting.
Michel Holzer and Paul Läderach inform you of a letter drafted by content unit police in the canton of Bern. The two particular question following the Canton promised points:
- Make better use of synergies
- improving the flow of information
- Equitable distribution of the police portfolio
- improving the flexibility of resources and the police apparatus
- strengthen community policing
- maintaining the security responsibility of the municipalities
The Assembly agrees with the approach of our colleagues from the Bernese Jura. The letter is then sent to the Council of the Bernese Jura at the regional press, to the Federation Secretariat and the Association newspaper.
Jan Larsson is making his exit from our section on 1 Announced in July 2010. He is on the 1st January 2010, came to Canton. His job as auditor but he will run for 2010 yet.
At the end of the meeting, Markus Nobs thanked all board members and especially William Steiner for the organization of the venue. William receives a present.
