The 79th Meeting of our Section was held on 21 March 2009 Faulensee / Spiez instead. I thank my predecessor Jürg blue, the secretary Urs Hofer (and the helpers / s) and dem Vorstands-Team herzlich für die gute Organisation der HV.
Folgende Sitzungen wurden durch unsere Sektion im vergangenen Jahr besucht, resp. durchgeführt:

"New" section of Bern communities
How did you find were resolved by the end of 2009 due bernois Police Bern "the previous sections SPBA Biel-city and law. The members of these sections are converted to either the Police Association of Bern canton PVBK or in our "new" section of Bern communities.

I is important to stress that the new colleagues are not to submit such. In pointing out that now was a "new" section of Bern communities, I urge the recent Members of the sections Biel City and Bernese Jura - and of course the recent Bern-community members - read on to participate actively and collectively in the further continuation of our section.
The first such opportunity is the participation in the 80th Meeting of our section of 20 March 2010 in Langnau . It would be great if they would meet this Saturday as many existing and new members in order to greet each other and the future steps of our section to define together.
Good cooperation with the "Bern-sections"
A special thanks to our big "sister" section, den Polizeiverband Bern-Kanton PVBK. Insbesondere danke ich Präsident Markus Meyer und Vizepräsidentin Tania Ris für die konstruktive und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit. Auch das gute Zusammenwirken mit den Sektionen Bern-Stadt, dem Polizeiverband Bundesamt für Polizei und der Gewerkschaft der Polizisten des Bundes möchte ich speziell erwähnen. Herzlichen Dank!
An der Koordinationssitzung vom 24. November wurde mit den oben erwähnten Sektionen die künftige Sitzverteilung im Zentralvorstand vereinbart. Den Mitgliedern der Berner-Sektionen stehen insgesamt drei Sitze zur Verfügung. So teilen sich künftig die Sektionen Bern-Stadt und Bern-Gemeinden einen Sitz und vertreten so auch die jeweils andere Sektion innerhalb des Corporate Executive SPBA. The PVBK holds for its number of members of a permanent seat. The two "Federal-sections" will also share a seat together.
With the passage of the recent city-Biel-member Thomas Aebi for Kapo Bern and thus the PVBK he has submitted his resignation as a member of ZV. We managed to port all our Treasurer Claudia Brunner for this vacancy. Many thanks to Claudia for her willingness to take on this function.
at the VNP sessions (Association Northwest Swiss police associations) want to continue participating in the Berner-sections. It is important that the VNP-sections (and thus we Berner-sections) in the future early Influence to be able to represent in the Council of the Central Board SPBA the concerns of our members and true.
legal cases
According to information from the Federation Secretariat in Luzern are in our section are 8 legal cases pending. In the past club year (as early as 2008) Fortunately, no new legal requests filed.
mutations 01.01.2010 recorded our Membership numbers 112 people. This represents an increase of 48 members from the previous year.
2 people have converted to another section, a member is completely withdrawn from the SPBA.
